Lester is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and founder of TAM, with over 35 years investment management experience in major Institutional Investment Institutions as a Regional and Global Investment Manager. He originally trained as an Investment Analyst before becoming a Manager of direct investment portfolios in the Life and Pension Fund industry for such companies as Royal Insurance, PosTel Investment Management and Target Group. He has a Joint BSc Hons Degree in Politics and Law from Southampton University, is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and a graduate of the Investment Management Programme of the London Business School.

Clare joined TAM as Head of Operations in December 2007 and is now our Operations Director. Clare has responsibility for all day-to-day operational and settlement related activities. Clare has over 25 years operational experience in stockbroking, settlements, PEP/ISA administration and back-office administration functions, having previously been a manager of a settlement agent and roles with James Capel and Robert Fleming.

Stephanie joined the team in 2014 to develop and support our range of socially responsible products. She brings with her significant experience of charity and philanthropic work, and has held a number of communication based roles within the charity sector. Her passion and enthusiasm for ethical investment is a key attribution she brings to TAM Ethical. Stephanie graduated from Brighton University with First Class Honours in Business Management specialising in Public Relations and Marketing. She received the Natural PR prize for outstanding performance in the Public Relations elective.

James joined our investment management team in 2014 as an Investment Analyst, focusing on fund research and asset allocation. Prior to joining TAM, James worked at UBS AG New York within the banks options trading division. UBS AG relocated him to their Investment Banking division headquartered in London where he specialised in both global equities and derivatives within the banks' growing Portfolio Trading Division. James brings significant financial market experience to our investment team from a global career within one of the largest financial institutions in the world. A disciplined and methodological approach to global investing is one of the core themes James has instilled at TAM.

Sophie joined TAM in November 2012 as an executive assistant to our CEO Lester Petch, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kingston University. In a matter of months Sophie's role developed signficantly to form an integral part of our Operations Team, and has more recently developed to include the management of client services. Sophie supports the Operations Team with all adminsitrative items, and is directly responsibile for supporting our clients with all new business and account opening matters.

Sally joined TAM in January 2009 to support our Operations Team, who now have a long history of working together for settlement agents and, therefore, form a co-ordinated and cohesive department. Sally is now directly responsible for all administrative matters including client stock and cash transfers. She has over 20 years experience in this area, having previously worked for The London Stock Exchange, Hoare Govett and NatWest Stockbrokers.
